Where It All Began
Founded in 2020, High Horcum Simulated Game sits in God’s own county, on a farm in Lockton, Pickering, Yorkshire. Run by Marie on her family farm with a family full of shooting enthusiasts, she wanted to create an experience for people of all levels to show everyone what a fantastic sport it is. 5 years later, she’s still just as passionate as she was back in 2020.
Simulated Clay Shooting Yorkshire
The farm has a whole history of its own. It overlooks Levisham Moor and gives shooters a first-hand view into the famous “Hole of Horcum”, otherwise known as “The Devil’s Punchbowl” by locals. How did it get this name? Legend has it, the naturally formed amphitheatre shape came to be when Wade the Giant threw a handful of earth at his wife during a heated debate!
The whole area is steeped in folklore tales like this one, making it the perfect setting for High Horcum Simulated Game. Marie and team endeavour to use local suppliers and source all their on-site catering locally. After all, Yorkshire produce is the best in the world.
We encourage anybody, experienced shooter or not, to come along and experience the awe-inspiring views of this Yorkshire gem.

Deposit/Payment
For all bookings, we require a £100 deposit per person. This deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before your scheduled date of booking.
If you cancel without giving two weeks’ notice of your booking date, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Full payment is required 2 weeks before your booking date. If you cancel within one week of your booking, the full booking fee becomes non-refundable.
Alternatively, we can offer alternate dates for later in the year or the following year.
